While you’ll find products and services listed on the FCC website, each offering is created, fulfilled, and managed by the individual creator or business. Because of this, each creator sets their own Terms of Service and Return/Refund Policy. These should be posted on their shop page or creator profile, and we encourage you to review them before making a purchase. If you’d like to request a return, exchange, or refund, please reach out directly to the creator or business you purchased from. FCC isn’t able to process or mediate returns on their behalf. That said, FCC will always step in if an issue relates directly to our website, our intellectual property, or technical matters tied to FCC’s platform.
