Fiercely Creative Collaborators (FCC) is a community space where independent creators and businesses can share and sell their work. While you’ll find products and services listed on the FCC website, each offering is created, fulfilled, and managed by the individual creator or business.
Because of this, each creator sets their own Terms of Service and Return/Refund Policy. These should be posted on their shop page or creator profile, and we encourage you to review them before making a purchase.
If you’d like to request a return, exchange, or refund, please reach out directly to the creator or business you purchased from. FCC isn’t able to process or mediate returns on their behalf.
That said, FCC will always step in if an issue relates directly to our website, our intellectual property, or technical matters tied to FCC’s platform.
We value transparency and want every customer to feel supported, so if you’re ever unsure who to contact, you can always reach out to us and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Please check the their posted policy before purchasing.

We (FCC) only manage issues tied to our own site or IP.

BATH, PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS & EDIBLE PRODUCTS
We are committed to excellence and that process begins from the moment our products are lovingly created and make their way from our creators to you, our customer! Our first, most important consideration, is your health and safety, and for these reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of these products once an item has left our studio. However, we know things happen! So if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or store credit.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS AND/OR CONCERNS
Not sure which product is right for you? Have scent sensitivities or health concerns? Please contact our customer service team with any product questions before ordering or try one of our sample packs - it's the best way to try our different products and we always include a coupon toward your new favorite(s)!

We want you to feel If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Eligible Items:
Non-bath/beauty products such as candles, accessories, and home goods.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
All bath and beauty products (for health and safety reasons, all sales are final).
Gift cards and digital products.
Sale or clearance items marked “final sale.”
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
